Jeff Matthews is a Las Vegas based sales executive and entrepreneur. For eighteen years he has helped build the sales organization of a national internet advertising firm serving local service businesses, rising to Senior Sales Director and leading teams across the United States, the Philippines, Mexico and Egypt.
His foundation is technology. Jeff studied web design and web development at UNLV and spent his early career helping businesses win online through websites, search and digital advertising. That background shapes how he leads: measure everything, automate what repeats, and use modern tools, including AI, to help small teams perform like large ones.
In 2022 he brought that playbook to land and residential development in southern Nevada, where he leads the business side of every project: land, capital, budgets, permits, schedules and sales.

He has traveled the world, and the family's favorite time together is spent exploring new places, especially Thailand. Outside of work, Jeff can be found on the golf course, playing guitar, or testing the latest technology.
